"Honestly, the staff was really nice"
I don’t know why anyone would say otherwise, but the staff there was genuinely super friendly. They made us feel welcome the whole time, and everyone we dealt with seemed like really nice people
"I figured the room would be cool, and it really was"
I walked in and quickly assumed it was going to be a solid experience just from the way the room looked. The design was great, and it felt like I was actually part of the story instead of just standing in a themed room

"I booked online and then basically heard..."
I booked online and then basically heard nothing. I kept waiting for updates, but barely got anything, so I ended up having to chase them myself. Even then, it felt like I was being ignored. Like, how is this okay? Definitely won’t be using them again.

"Fun and just challenging enough"
It was a good level of hard without being frustrating. We had a fun time working through it, and it definitely wasn’t too easy.

"I had a really good time..."
I had a really good time here and didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged. The room was fun, the staff were chill, and for the price, it was definitely worth it. I’d go back again.

"Game master was really helpful"
We ended up needing help at kind of the worst time, so I think it was mostly just bad timing on our part. The game master still jumped in quickly and helped us out, which we really appreciated

"I went with a group of friends..."
I went with a group of friends and we all had a great time. The puzzles were fun without feeling too frustrating, the staff was super friendly, and everyone got into it quickly. I can see why other customers would enjoy it too, especially if you’re going with friends or coworkers and want something interactive and easy to jump into

"Puzzles felt a little too basic for me"
I went in expecting some clever, satisfying puzzles, but most of them felt straightforward. A lot of it was just locks, codes, and searching around, and I couldn’t help feeling like they were counting on the theme to cover for puzzles that didn’t have much depth.
Some of the clues were worn down or tough to read, which made things more frustrating than fun. We got stuck at one point, but it didn’t feel like a “wow, that’s tricky” moment, more like the setup just wasn’t explained clearly, almost like they assumed people would blame themselves instead of the room design.
The staff was friendly enough, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible. It just didn’t feel very creative overall, and I left wondering if they were more focused on getting groups through quickly than making the experience memorable. Not the worst escape room I’ve done, but not one I’d be excited to come back to
